Due to the most extreme circumstances in our life, I needed help with my son. I needed someone to take my son out and do the activities that he wanted to do. I was then given the phone number of Keighley Care Company The moment I walked into Keighley Care Company, we felt welcome by all the Staff. The cheerfulness of the staff was lovely to see. The ethos of Keighley Care Company, is to care from the heart. This is apparent, and careers have helped to promote independence and build up my son’s confidence. Also to do activities that he wants to do. The care package is tailored to what my son wants to do, and I feel totally safe knowing that he his safe with his careers. The p.a are helpful, caring, compassionate and smartly dressed in their Keighley Care Company clothing and their ID is always clearly visible. Nothing is too much trouble and I feel safe knowing, if I need help, I know that Keighley Care Company are only a phone call away and when you phone you get to speak to a person and not an answer machine. Keighley Care Company has improved my son’s quality of life, and he now goes to the gym and swimming twice a week and he also goes ten pin bowling. My son is now socialising with other people his own age and, it has given him confidence to do much more, than he used to do. The careers are always punctual, and very well-mannered and they treat my son with the greatest of respect. They have given my son a new lease of life. He is now enjoying things that I could not have possibly done with him and I would defiantly recommend Keighley Care Company.

I discovered keighley Care company after recommendation from various friends who had heard of or had used this company and they had remarked on how reliable, friendly and caring their team were. Mum has dementia and I needed carers with compassion and who also genuinely loved their role as carer. Mum was a probation officer and despite her condition, reacted warmly and positively to those who she felt gave the same consideration to her. The manager met with mum and myself and received information on all her needs and desires. Later, we met with the carers who introduced themselves and have since had a positive impact on mum. The team go above and beyond our needs and I can't imagine what I'd have done without their support. Many thanks Keighley care, keep up the good work ⭐️⭐️🌟⭐️⭐️

The best care from people that are genuine, hardworking, trustworthy. They are always going above and beyond to ensure that our family member is safe and well looked after. Nothing is ever to much hassle and you can always count on them to be there when needed.

Since Tanny, Sak, Jo and the team started looking after my grandma - her quality of life and health has dramatically improved. The team are fabulous! They are so kind, trustworthy, friendly and nice. They will always go above and beyond to help my grandma - nothing is too much trouble. The team are fun and friendly and look after my grandma like they are part of our family. We know all the team and they know all of our family on a first name basis - even when they have only met some of us once! Keighley Care Company are an amazing care provider. They are supporting me daily with the personal cares of my twin sons. The only been supporting us for the past couple of months but the care they are providing is having such a positive impact on my family. They are so professional, friendly, nothing is too much trouble.

Keighley care company are an amazing team of carers. I use the service for direct payments. Management team came out and designed an excellent care plan to suit my needs. Senior carer sat on the floor at my level on a call, now become great friends. She then found a suitable match of PA, one didn't work out so they then changed assistants. She's an amazing carer. Takes me to Skipton market and for dinner. We go to my workplace on a Thursday. She offers practical and emotional support. I can speak to her about anything. We also have lots of laughs.
