I NEED CARE

As a service we look to arrange an initial assessment to identify your needs, goals & your ability. We talk to Family / Friends and establish a plan that is centred around you & your home.

 

We then constantly review this plan and events to ensure the service is meeting your needs. Keighley Care Company management team will then look to have regular staff visit you to achieve continuity and consistency

so you can decimate trust.

 

All service users have access to the Nursebuddy portal where they can see there calendar for appointments and their person centred care plan.

This will then be reviewed every 6 months unless deemed necessary.
