All Keighley Care Company services are assessed and reviewed to ensure satisfaction. Your care needs are assessed with you and your loved ones at the centre, as a team we aim to work with you to deliver care to you how you specify and when you specify.
Pop in visits can be arranged in a variety of ways from short periods to lengthy periods and can be based from a daily plan, a weekly plan or a monthly plan. It is completely controlled by you.
Pop in visit time periods:
- 30 minutes
- 45 minutes
- 1 hour
Scheduled appointments are designed to give sufficient time to the care professionals to complete the stated tasks detailed in your personal care plan. If you feel any concerns that tit is not enough or too much do not worry your care team stays in close contact your services can be tailored to ensure satisfaction.
