As a service we look to do an initial assessment to identify your needs, goals, your Family /Friends and establish a plan that is centred around you. We would then review this after 6 weeks to ensure the service is meeting your needs. Keighley Care Company management team will then look to have regular staff to achieve continuity and consistency so you can decimate trust. All service user have access to the portal were they can see their calendar for appointments and their person centred care plan. This will then be reviewed every 6 months.
Happily ring us by the Thursday of the previous week to make appointment changes or add last-minute appointments.
