What is KEIGHLEY CARE COMPANY LTD about?

KEIGHLEY CARE COMPANY LTD was started by two individuals who have worked as care assistants and still work as care assistants delivering care to you, we designed this company from the foundations of the training to the delivery of care.

As a team with you at the centre we aim to provide person centred care that is delivered with a high level of competence.

The understanding of care was developed by three individuals with three different backgrounds to care. From all levels of domiciliary caring, working with special needs children in a school setting to nursing, giving your management team a combined experience of 28 years.

We aim to be specific in our care practice with our personalised policies and procedures that are reviewed regularly. To meet these standards consistently we use specialist training in house so your carers are confident, competent and the best we can all be together.

It is KEIGHLEY CARE COMPANY LTD’S sole mission to constantly promote quality assured standards of care. We will ensure that as a team we meet legislation and comply with standards required in the care sector, the management of this team intends to uphold its responsibility with the highest integrity and be responsive in our support and systems, so that you feel the support levels of our commitment.

KEIGHLEY CARE COMPANY LTD promise they will be transparent and honest in their procedures. Every effort will always be made to provide client satisfaction, any concerns, complaints and views will always be heard and valued. We aim to work with mutual respect and dignity within every action.

Keighley Care Company’s dedicated team will always listen and be at hand for any concern at any time of day.

All the community carers and staff at Keighley Care Company are very friendly and well trained. It is our aim to create and manage a bespoke service that focuses on the quality of the care delivered with a smile.
Keighley care company are regulated by The Care Quality Commission CQC the service we provide is quality assured and under regular thorough review to ensure you receive the best possible service.

Who is my first contact?

When your community carers are with you they will be happy to help with any concern or any assistance required.

If your community carers are not with you the personal worker on the first page of this booklet is who would know you and your personal file and what you need best.

Any of the Keighley Care Company team will be happy to help but will always look to connect you to your personal worker.

Your personal worker will conduct all your reviews and will ring you monthly to check if your service is still suited to you.

What should I expect from my service?

At Keighley Care Company you should receive a competent care service that feels professional, empowering and most of all caring.

As the little things go a long way Keighley Care Company tries to add as much attention to detail as possible to your personal care plan. If there is anything that would help your service, feel more tailored please feel free to request a reassessment or amendments to be made at any time.

Keighley Care Company staff are under constant training and development to better the service provided we implore all community carers and staff to display:

I discovered keighley Care company after recommendation from various friends who had heard of or had used this company and they had remarked on how reliable, friendly and caring their team were. Mum has dementia and I needed carers with compassion and who also genuinely loved their role as carer. Mum was a probation officer and despite her condition, reacted warmly and positively to those who she felt gave the same consideration to her. The manager met with mum and myself and received information on all her needs and desires. Later, we met with the carers who introduced themselves and have since had a positive impact on mum. Since Tanny, Sak, Jo and the team started looking after my grandma - her quality of life and health has dramatically improved. The team are fabulous!

They are so kind, trustworthy, friendly and nice. They will always go above and beyond to help my grandma - nothing is too much trouble. The team are fun and friendly and look after my grandma like they are part of our family. We know all the team and they know all of our family on a first name basis - even when they have only met some of us once!

We were so lucky to stumble upon this fantastic team - definitelyyyy recommend to anyone wanting a trustworthy care service that are friendly, professional and so knowledgeable.

Management team came out and designed an excellent care plan to suit my needs. Senior carer sat on the floor at my level on a call, now become great friends.
She then found a suitable match of PA, one didn't work out so they then changed assistants. She's an amazing carer. Takes me to Skipton market and for dinner. We go to my workplace on a Thursday. I don't really know how to express my gratitude to this care company and there staff from day one whilst trying to sift through agencies and care companies they supported me ..never tried to talk us into choosing them ..they offered totally unbiased help and advice in a time when I felt like I was drowning..they supported me on the phone and in person ..when we chose them to provide our care package they went beyond anything I ever expected to accommodate  our needs and from then on supported  us and dad with compassion and understanding..texts (at the most ridiculous times) phone support and physical support beyond what was paid for  ..the bond made with the carers was amazing quick and profound anything he needed he got .  And even now that care isn't in place they continue to support our needs in which is still a very difficult time ...I can't recommend staff and management and owners  enough and would encourage anyone to use  this company..they were and are my shining light in a very dark  and hard time
