Is your care establishment having issues with staff attendance. When running a care provision not having the required members of staff for a service is just not acceptable. For all the responsible managers working in the care sector feel assured that Keighley Care Company have put the same effort in to train care professionals and have them prepared to slip into your team and provide an effective quality assured service.

Care professionals are available from an hour to a full day or even a block of a week where required.

As a responsible provider of care, Keighley Care Company professionals aim to safeguard and protect. For the addition of our supply support staff to your provision we require you to provide a copy of your service registration number and the CQC registration number of you registered manager at your provision.

All care staff supplied have been given training and are aware of their responsibilities when working for another provision of care. Care professionals training involves:

  • Basic life support and first aid
  • Moving and handling
  • Infection control
  • Handling and administration of medications
  • Personal care
  • Equality and diversity
  • Health and safety
  • Safeguarding vulnerable adults
  • Food safety and hygiene
  • Care certificate- Skills For Care

All care professionals at Keighley Care Company are part of a development programme that has very close coaching and mentoring systems in place promoting competence through training and practice allowing for quality assurance.

Every care professional supplied has the right to refuse to work for a care provision that they feel does not ensure their safety or they feel is dangerous.

All Care Professionals supplied to another care provision are asked to provide logs of their time at another provision. To ensure your satisfaction your service manager will receive a call to ensure satisfaction and action any complaints.
