I discovered keighley Care company after recommendation from various friends who had heard of or had used this company and they had remarked on how reliable, friendly and caring their team were. Mum has dementia and I needed carers with compassion and who also genuinely loved their role as carer. Mum was a probation officer and despite her condition, reacted warmly and positively to those who she felt gave the same consideration to her. The manager met with mum and myself and received information on all her needs and desires. Later, we met with the carers who introduced themselves and have since had a positive impact on mum. The team go above and beyond our needs and I can't imagine what I'd have done without their support. Many thanks Keighley care, keep up the good work ⭐️⭐️🌟⭐️⭐️

The best care from people that are genuine, hardworking, trustworthy. They are always going above and beyond to ensure that our family member is safe and well looked after. Nothing is ever to much hassle and you can always count on them to be there when needed.

WITHOUT DOUBT, THE BEST CARERS IN THE COUNTRY!! 10/10 - cannot recommend this company enough. Since Tanny, Sak, Jo and the team started looking after my grandma - her quality of life and health has dramatically improved. The team are fabulous! They are so kind, trustworthy, friendly and nice. They will always go above and beyond to help my grandma - nothing is too much trouble. The team are fun and friendly and look after my grandma like they are part of our family. We know all the team and they know all of our family on a first name basis - even when they have only met some of us once! We were so lucky to stumble upon this fantastic team - definitelyyyy recommend to anyone wanting a trustworthy care service that are friendly, professional and so knowledgeable. Keighley Care Company are an amazing care provider. They are supporting me daily with the personal cares of my twin sons. The only been supporting us for the past couple of months but the care they are providing is having such a positive impact on my family. They are so professional, friendly, nothing is too much trouble.

Keighley care company are an amazing team of carers. I use the service for direct payments. Management team came out and designed an excellent care plan to suit my needs. Senior carer sat on the floor at my level on a call, now become great friends. She then found a suitable match of PA, one didn't work out so they then changed assistants. She's an amazing carer. Takes me to Skipton market and for dinner. We go to my workplace on a Thursday. She offers practical and emotional support. I can speak to her about anything. We also have lots of laughs.

Brilliant organisation and will cover my shifts at drop of a hat and Louise our nain carer is fantastic with my mum and mum loves her to bits xx would definitely recommend to anyone fantastic company xx

I can highly recommend Keighley care company. The staff are amazing, nothing is a problem and they are so hard working and dedicated. They have made a huge difference to myself and my family as they are so dependable. My carers always cheer me up and make me laugh, even when I am not well. I can’t thank them enough for the quality care they provide.

I don't really know how to express my gratitude to this care company and there staff from day one whilst trying to sift through agencies and care companies they supported me ..never tried to talk us into choosing them ..they offered totally unbiased help and advice in a time when I felt like I was drowning..they supported me on the phone and in person ..when we chose them to provide our care package they went beyond anything I ever expected to accommodate our needs and from then on supported us and dad with compassion and understanding..texts (at the most ridiculous times) phone support and physical support beyond what was paid for ..the bond made with the carers was amazing quick and profound anything he needed he got . And even now that care isn't in place they continue to support our needs in which is still a very difficult time ...I can't recommend staff and management and owners enough and would encourage anyone to use this company..they were and are my shining light in a very dark and hard time
