Care at this time is very delicate and must be based on  the person’s choice and continuity so they and the people closest can build that trust. This trust is integral for the service to serve its purpose. All staff at Keighley Carre Company are highly trained and we as a service like to send the Team who have worked in Palliative Care as they understand the level of competence and the composure required during these difficult times. As a service we like to promote Best Wish plans for the individual soi they are at the centre of their care, these plans help to promote the person’s choices for their care. Palliative care or end of life care is the hardest part of the care service but it is a responsibility we hold very highly.
